A beautiful story of love and friendship. An emotional read that retells the story of The ILIAD from Patroclus's point of view. The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. #historical fiction, #reading, #books to read, #books

Book Review

(by- Linda )

It doesn't matter if you are intrigued by Greek Mythology or not; this book is fabulous. The deep connection that forms between the two main characters, Patroclus and Achilles, is impossible to forget, so be prepared; it will touch your heart. Like many, I knew the painful ending of this story, but it didn't matter; I still couldn't pull myself away from it, and I still cried at the end. This love story is intense as well as beautifully written and moving. I loved it. Highly recommend.
